1. Order Processing Time

All orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Delivery Timelines

Our standard delivery timeframe across India ranges from 1 to 10 days, depending on your location and the size of the product ordered.

- Standard Fitness Equipment & Gear: Delivery typically takes between 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Heavy Machinery: Delivery for heavy or bulky items—such as motorized treadmills, spin bikes, and cross trainers—requires specialized freight handling and takes up to 10 days to reach your location.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Due to the weight and dimensions of heavy fitness machinery, specific freight charges may apply to these items.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification containing your tracking number and a link to track the delivery status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update.

5. Delivery Access for Heavy Equipment

For heavy machinery deliveries, please ensure that there is adequate access to your premises. Our delivery partners generally deliver to the ground floor or main entrance of the shipping address. Unpacking and installation services (if applicable) are handled separately from standard shipping.

6. Damages During Transit

We take utmost care in packaging our equipment. However, if your order arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery if the damage is clearly visible on the exterior packaging. If you discover damage after opening, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item with photographic proof at our support email.
